The assets of the foundation consist of:

• a residential building with a small garden for deafblind persons (Dammweg 3, Radeberg, Germany)
• a fragrant greenhouse with a garden (plot 1191/14, Radeberg, Germany)
• a land plot on Pillnitzer Strasse 63 A
• a land plot on Pillnitzer Strasse 65

On 10 May 2006 Ruth Zacharias set up the foundation with her freehold flat.
